Kathy was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. She received her BA in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a Master’s in Education: Administration and Supervision from New Jersey City University. She has spent the past twenty-two years as an educator (high school Spanish teacher) and private school administrator. She currently serves as an administrator at NorthBay Christian Academy. In 2021, she decided to pursue her real estate license to turn a favorite hobby into a career.

Kathy has been married to her husband John since 2006. They moved to Florida (Safety Harbor) in 2010 and quickly fell in love with the area. They love to get involved in local events and to explore any new restaurant that pops up. They currently live in Palm Harbor with their three daughters. The Leones love trips to the mountains, hiking, running, and above all else, Jesus.

Kathy has a passion for helping families find homes in the Pinellas County area. John is a former Marine, so Kathy also has a special place in her heart for military families.
