I started my journey in real estate at the early age of nineteen as a Legal Assistant for a Real Estate Attorney in New York. From there my travels brought me to Florida where I fell in love with everything Florida. I started working for a Real Estate Attorney as a Legal Assistant eventually working my to becoming a Licensed Title Agent. I have over 15 years’ experience in title insurance and have closed hundreds, if not thousands of transactions as a title agent. I also have several years’ experience as a Recording Specialist and as the Assistant County Tax Director for McKenzie County, North Dakota. I have been married to my amazing husband for 10 years. We share three beautiful children together. His, hers and ours! We have a 17yr old son, his, a 17yr old daughter, hers, and ours, a 10yr old daughter. Fun fact about me, because my husband and I own land in Scotland, we hold the titles of Laird and Lady. My official title is, Lady Jamie Smith. I am also close with my immediate family. I am the oldest of five and we spend a lot of time together. We go fishing, boating, biking, exercising, volunteering, and exploring as a family. But our favorite as a family is watching our Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Lightning. Go CHAMPA BAY!!
